Your engagement :

When you buy ants, your engagement consists in providing them the best keeping conditions and never to free them in the nature.


Delivered or Refunded :

Pay with Paypal online. If the seller doesn't ship your order, Paypal can refund the whole amount to you!

Non guaranteed-shipping cost :

The cost of shipping isn't guaranteed and varies a lot depending on the destination, size and weight of your parcel. In some cases, we might ask you for a supplement or give you a reduction once your order is packed. Feel free to contact us to get the precise price of shipping wherever you live in the world before placing your order.

Taxes and customs :

Somtimes, taxes and custom fees apply to deliveries outside of the European Union (especially on orders above 100 euros). You have to settle the payment of these taxes to receive your order. Customs can also slown down the delivery of your parcel and we cannot guarantee the shipping delay. You can contact us for more information.


Guarantees, conditions of return and withdrawal period

- If ants are delivered dead, another colony will be shipped for free if they were delivered to you in 2 days after shipping.

Satisfied or refunded after 30 days (products with this mention) or 14 days (all other products).

If you are not satisfied with your order, please, contact us within 30 days after delivery in order to send it back to us. It will be fully refunded to you, including shipping paid to delivery you (in the limit of 11,99€) and shipping paid to return it (in the limit of 11,99€ as a voucher code), or an exchange can be proceeded.


For this procedure, the following conditions must be respected :


- You are responsible for loss and damage during shipping. A tracking number is recommended.

- The return must be made within 14 days after acceptance from our service.

- Refund of exchange will be proceeded if the product wasn't damaged during shipping.

- For products that have a 30 day satisfied or refunded guarantee, we only accept products that have normal signs of wear and tear and will not accept broken, damaged scratched products etc.


Shipping conditions

Fourmiculture sends your order within 48 hours after we received your payment if all products are in stock. The shipment of ants on weekends may be delayed until early next week to ship them in the best conditions.

The shipment of colonies may be delayed if Fourmiculture judges the temperatures or the transport status risky.

We wish to do the best choices to respect the environment.

The species we sell is not endangered, it is not a victim of a traffic and acquire ants is not encouraging harmful trade.

Our packages are all recovered. Their environmental impact is zero, as their prices. When you order, you only pay for the shipping costs.
